Please contact us to request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery of your order. (Requests received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion.) All exchanges must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in it's original condition. Items that have been washed, worn, damaged,is not eligible for an exchange and will be sent back to you.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your exchange.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, unless we were at fault and the cause for the exchange ( ie. wrong size, color, print etc). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items are accepted for exchange or to be fixed. However, we do not accept items that have been damaged as a result of a mistake on your part ie. you trying on a garment and it rips, or due to rough handling and your item breaks. All defective claims must be emailed to us with a pic of the defect.
